The Mojo Has Returned!!

So I finally scrapped! I was determined to complete this week's Creative Therapy Catalyst where the challenge was to do a project about what lesson I would like to teach my kids. I have been reading this book about how we have all adopted the mantra that we want our kids to be happy, but maybe that's not the best approach. It speaks of how we need to teach our kids to recognize, accept and be able to cope with many different emotions. So I decided to pass along the advice that life is full of ups & downs. My charge is for them to live it to the fullest! I needed to write more than that though, because I am wordy and I want them to understand why I picked this lesson.
